Returns Policy

Cancellations & Refunds: We do not accept cancellations or refunds, although our processing time is 7-14 business days (not including weekend, vacation time, or holidays) sometimes orders could possibly be shipped sooner.

All items are made to order therefore we do not offer any refunds. However If there is an issue with the item please message us ASAP and we can discuss possible options.

Return Shipping: If error is due to the customer then the customer will be responsible for purchasing a new shipping label in order for us to resend the item to correct address. This is very important to make sure correct information is given at time of purchase because items are made to order and we do not offer refunds as stated above. If you realize your address is wrong and we haven't shipped your product , please send us an email so we can correct it for you.
