Shipping Information

When will my item ship?

Most orders ship within 5-10 business days if not sooner.  Our normal processing hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. cst. **Orders may be delayed due to bad weather, incorrect address information, different shipping and billing address information, or availability of the product.**

During the months of October through December, it might take a bit longer to process your orders. We process orders in the same order they are received. If you need your items by a specific date, please be sure to order with plenty of time. If you will need order by a specific time please send us an email before placing order to make sure we can get it to you on time. You will most likely have to purchase our fast shipping service.

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship any orders on Saturday or Sunday. Shipping to P.O. Boxes is available only through the U.S. Postal Service.

Tracking your Package: 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive notice via email.
